The New iOS 11 Offers A Redesigned App Store

The iOS 11 was unveiled at the WWDC with a host of the fantastic feature. As we already know that the year 2017 marks the 10th anniversary of iOS as well as iPhone, Apple didn’t seem to disappoint in what it offers. And although a few of these features were predictable and also something that fans had been wanting for a long time, and as far as we can see, there have been new upgrades too which is pretty fantastic to see the least. Here, of course, we are talking about the iOS 11’s redesigned App Store, which has been so much talk of the town ever since the new version of the operating system was introduced by Apple.
Besides talking about the App Store, this is a great place to talk about some of the biggest and the most appreciated features. Talking of the iOS 11 features that have got us most excited about is the all new and smarter Siri. With Samsung launching Bixby the artificial intelligence that was introduced in the Galaxy S8 and S8+, Apple needs to up its game with iOS 11 which really want in a want of upgrade for a long time. To the very excitement of Apple fans, looks like the tech giant is really listening to its good wishers and fans.
Another of the many things that we liked in the iOS 11 is the Night Mode which is something that fans had been waiting for a long time too. And the fact remains that the mode wasn’t really introduced to the Apple people, so as to say there wasn’t an official announcement but it’s something that we noticed on a slider panel where there were features if the OS written. Before we all get too excited its worth mentioning that the last Apple OS, the iOS 10 had the night mode or the dark mode in the beta version. It made fans very excited about what was supposed to come but as it turns out, the iPhone that was launched in 2016 brought the entire operating system, to the disappointment of many including us, there was no night mode, so it remains to be seen if Apple actually launched the iOS 11 at the end along with the dark mode.

Some of the other major upgrades in the iOS 11 include the additions in Apple Maps. There are maps of airports and mall in particular cities, and those are London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, San Jose, and Washington DC. As you can see the cities are both inside the US as well as the outside. It’s worth noting that Apple did not announce the compatibility of the iOS 11 but here’s our best guess - iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5s, 12.9-inch iPad Pro (first-generation), 12.9-inch iPad Pro (second-generation), 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, iPad (fifth-generation), iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, and iPod touch (6th generation). But, I guess we’ll have a wait for a couple of more months before Apple announces the compatibility officially.
